RECREATION FOR THERAPY (RFT)

Recreation for Therapy (RFT) is a structured, research-informed youth development experience designed to support emotional wellness, self-regulation, and personal growth through intentional recreational activities.

This program uses movement, creativity, and group engagement to promote mental and emotional balance in a supportive environment.
