Recreation Therapy is designed to make therapy enjoyable while addressing the physical, social and emotional well-being of adolescent students collectively. These Life and Social Skills topics will expose and address prominent issues and misconceptions that plague our society. As a result, youth will learn to differentiate between right and wrong enabling them to make educated and informed decisions.
Recreation Therapy participants are exposed to various work principles, life skills, action plans, goal development, and real world scenarios in an effort to develop proper coping and anger management skills while engaging in fun, interactive, and or incentive based activities while educating on the following topics:

Athletic Specialized Skills Training – Elevation
For Recreation Therapy (Athletes in Action) to work participants have to commit both physically and mentally to their own well-being. Physically we ask that each person to push themselves within reason by challenging their body to do more. This leads to burning more fat, increasing energy, boosting the immune system and reducing the risk of many diseases.
All of this hard work means nothing if each person isn't committed to eating healthy because low quality food at the table can undo all the hard work on the field.
